What does the 3-year HANDPANAS warranty cover?
All HANDPANAS handpans come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects related to the instrument.
This includes, in particular, abnormal tuning problems , structural defects in the steel , or any alteration of the sound resulting from a manufacturing defect under normal conditions of use.
Each instrument is hand-tuned, checked, and individually tested before shipping. In the event of a problem covered by the warranty, we will repair, retune, or replace the instrument as appropriate.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by impact, mishandling or unsuitable exposure (excessive humidity, drops, etc.).
