Order preparation
All orders placed on our site are carefully prepared within 3 to 5 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

Delivery times
The average delivery time is estimated to be between 5 and 8 working days after dispatch, i.e. a total time of 8 to 13 working days between the validation of your order and the receipt of your package.
These deadlines only include working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and may vary depending on the period, such as holidays, promotions or exceptional events.

Delivery area
Deliveries are currently only available in mainland France.
