Yes. All our handpans and tongue drums are handcrafted and tuned by expert artisans to ensure a balanced, deep, and harmonious sound.
Are the instruments suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our instruments are designed to be intuitive and accessible from the very first use , even without prior musical experience.
Do you offer resources for learning how to play?
Yes. With each instrument, we offer digital learning books to support beginners and allow for smooth progress at their own pace.
What materials are your instruments made of?
Our instruments are made of high-quality stainless steel , offering excellent sound stability, beautiful resonance, and great durability over time.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days after validation.
Delivery then takes on average 5 to 8 working days , depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on the instruments?
Yes. All our instruments are guaranteed against manufacturing defects . Our team remains available for any assistance after purchase.
Can I return an instrument if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to request a return, provided that the instrument is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
